We have for many years undertaken Design & Build contracts for various end users. We take great care to fully understand the end user requirements, then design and build suitable commercial space. We consult with the client every step of the way and take great pride in delivering exactly what the client wants on schedule and on budget. The planning process takes on average three to four months, while the build process for a standard industrial unit can be as little as twelve weeks.
